The Award for Merit is designed for leaders who have completed special service and can also been seen for long service within scouting.

What is the award

The Award for a Bar to Medal of Merit also know as the Award of Merit is designed for leaders who have been awarded the Award of Merit (above) and who have completed extra special service.  This award can also been seen for long service within scouting as you will need to complete a certain amount of Service to be considered for this award.
