Over the past 12-months Solihull Scouts of all ages have taken part in some fantastic activities.

Do you know we had one who represented GB Scouts in the First Scout Winter Olympics, a number of Beavers who completed a sleep-over with some very nasty individuals………We could go on.

The problem is unless we are directly involved, it seems as Leaders we never get to hear what others are, or have been doing.

Well we intend to change all that. - Solihull Scout County would like to invite you to an evening of Scouting Celebration.

The evening is at Solihull Methodist Church Hall, Station Approach, Solihull at 8:15pm on Tuesday 10 February 2009.

We will showcase a variety of activities undertaken by Scouts of all ages from Solihull over the past 12-months. You will see a number of events, and hear from the Leaders exactly what was involved in the organisation as well as the benefits from undertaking such an activity.

We will also point you in the right direction, so if you decide you'd like to try an event of this type, help will be close by.

Light refreshments will be provided. All Sections will be represented, so please don't think exciting stuff can only be done by the older sections – we will show any age can be catered for with a little planning and forethought.
